Currently the continuous improvement program in Auteco is guided by the TPM methodology which aims to empower employees in their jobs, is implemented by creating autonomous teams which report their activities on the dashboard manually, which generates that the records may deteriorate over time and need to be reprinted or sometimes the sheets are lost and the measurements are altered, Therefore, the implementation of digital formats and the implementation of a Dashboard in the Power BI program that is projected on a television screen that is integrated to the TPM board which shows the different formats, in addition, improvement indicators will be evidenced which will be key for area decisions in Auteco, all this is delivered with an instructional video. Everything implemented has a friendly user interface, which will allow the members of the autonomous teams to use it in a simple way. The courses of data science, design of productive systems were applicable in the project, in addition, new knowledge in Excel and Power BI were obtained during its development.
