Resumen en español
This project presents the design of an automated industrial lighting system for Vaisand's assembly plant, located in the Parque Central Free Trade Zone in Cartagena, Bolívar. The plant, dedicated to the assembly of cargo motorcycles, currently faces inadequate lighting conditions that affect the efficiency and accuracy of its operations. The proposed solution involves the design and implementation of a lighting system that complies with Colombian regulations RETILAP, RETIE, and NTC 2050, integrating automation technologies through occupancy sensors installed in specific areas according to the client's requirements. The materials and components used are easy to acquire and available in the local market. The project deliverables include lighting and electrical calculation reports, lighting plans, sensor location and connection diagrams, block and single-line diagrams, electrical conduit plans, luminaire maintenance plan, 3D visualizations, and cost estimates. Design and simulation tools such as DiaLux, Revit, and AutoCAD were used in the development of the project, ensuring technical accuracy and visual clarity for implementation and maintenance.
