Abstract
El presente proyecto muestra el análisis realizado para el diseño estructural de un biplaza eléctrico y la selección de sus componentes (frenos, suspensión, motor y acumuladores) para uso en la ciudad de Cartagena, el cual tiene como objetivo principal que los cálculos de los sistemas del vehículo: chasis, suspensión, frenos, dirección y escogencia del sistema de propulsión del vehículo permitan un costo de fabricación no mayor a los 20 millones. Para iniciar el proyecto se definió las condiciones de trabajo que deben cumplir cada uno de los sistemas del vehículo y el vehículo en sí, con base a trabajos aplicativos e investigaciones que cumplían con aplicaciones similares. El diseño del vehículo primordialmente cuenta con cálculos en los que se realizaron simulaciones mediante el uso de elementos en software CAD * (NX12 siemens) para garantizar el cumplimentó con la normativa de seguridad exigida para jaulas antivuelco de la Federación Internacional del Automóvil (FIA), en el software también se dedujo cómo será el comportamiento del vehículo frente a las posibles deformaciones que se puede encontrar en las vías de Cartagena de acuerdo con cálculos para la suspensión, permitiendo verificar la adecuada amortiguación de estas deformaciones para el confort de los tripulantes. Para la sección de los sistemas de frenos, dirección y propulsión se realizó un diagrama de cuerpo libre que nos permite calcular las fuerzas requeridas para que el vehículo pueda satisfacer los requerimientos establecidos para las condiciones de la ciudad de Cartagena.
This project shows the analysis carried out for the structural design of an electric two-seater and the selection of its components (brakes, suspension, engine and accumulators) for use in the city of Cartagena, which has as its main objective that the calculations of the systems of the vehicle: chassis, suspension, brakes, direction and choice of the vehicle's propulsion system with a manufacturing cost of no more than 20 million. To start the project, the working conditions that each of the vehicle's systems and the vehicle itself must meet were defined, based on application work and research that met similar applications. The design of the vehicle primarily has calculations in which simulations were carried out using elements in CAD * software (NX12 siemens) to ensure compliance with the safety regulations required for roll cages of the International Automobile Federation (FIA), In the software it was also deduced how the behavior of the vehicle will be against the possible deformations that can be found on the Cartagena roads according to calculations for the suspension, allowing the proper damping of these deformations to be verified for the comfort of the crew. For the braking, steering and propulsion systems section, a free body diagram was made that allows us to calculate the forces required so that the vehicle can satisfy the requirements established for the conditions of the city of Cartagena.
