Resumen en español
This project aims to design and implement a photovoltaic system on the "La Cuatra" farm, located in the village of El Bongo, in the municipality of San Onofre, Sucre, Colombia. Currently, the proposed sector of the farm for the implementation of this system does not have electricity, which limits the development of productive activities and the comfort of its occupants. This system will allow the farm to be supplied with a reliable, continuous and sustainable electricity supply for the first time, taking advantage of the high solar potential of the region. Subsequently, the technical design will be carried out, prioritizing efficiency and sustainability. In addition, a financial analysis will be included that evaluates the costs and benefits of the project, ensuring its economic viability. The project will be implemented over an eight-month period, from February to November, with a clear focus on sustainability and the efficient use of renewable resources. It is expected that the results will include a stable electricity supply that can supply the basic needs of the farm. In this way, it will contribute to the national objectives of diversification of the energy matrix and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
