| dc.description.abstract | Global Leadership theories is a field previously, and constantly studied to improve the actions of leaders in Multicultural Teams. Therefore, this research seeks to verify the skills of effective Global Leadership in Multicultural Teams to improve the way teams of two or several nationalities perform. This research will use the support of physical interviews to identify factors such as knowledge and perceptions that will be measured with Quantitative Methodology (surveys). The intention is to provide the new generation of leaders with recommendations concerning in Global Leadership and how to be effective in a multicultural environment. | spa |
