Resumen
Objective: systematize the implementation process of the IMNE strategy from October 15, 2023 and until March 15, 2024 in the Association of Zenú Indigenous Women located in Montes de María (Bolívar – Colombia) from human development with equity to the reduction of inequality.
Methodology: a socio-critical research approach is adopted, based on qualitative methods and whose information collection instruments include both documentary review and field exercises through interviews and focus groups.
Main results: to reduce inequalities from human development with equity, it is proposed to generate self-recognition within the framework of cultural industries and consolidate business models, which through ethno-education contribute to social strengthening. The results correspond to a case study, so they can continue to be validated from other specific contexts.
Relevance/originality: from an approach that transcends the theoretical review, academic postulates in the field for human development with equity are validated. The research is located in a context generally made invisible by state action, contributing to the strengthening of subjects with special constitutional protection and who require the reduction of inequalities within the framework of sustainable development objectives.
Theoretical/methodological contributions: theoretical strategies are contextualized from the authentic interpretation of a particular community. Thus, the theory with aspiration for generality finds developments, adjustments and derivations from its application in specific realities.
