2020-03-262020-03-262020Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems; Vol. 98, pp. 905-91123673370https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12585/9196This paper aims to analyze the effect of implementing an inventory module of ERP Openbravo for the reduction of information flow time and customer response time, in a Colombian metalworking company. The processes structure and inventory management practices of the company were characterized and information flow time and customer response time were tested before and after implementing the inventory module.
